本课旨在帮助学员保持健康的身体,提高身体素质。课程侧重于增强身体的柔韧性和耐久性,减重和调节体形。将从初级, 经过中级,逐渐过渡到高级水平。 (周六:9:30-10:30am) Teacher introduction Hi I'm Dina a licensed Zumba instructor.l starter my first Zumba class two years ago that I began to incorporate dance to help me achieve my physical fitness goals. In April 2015 I got my Zumba license and started teaching Zumba from last fall,I fell blessed to be able to share my love of movement and my appreciation for its physical and mental benefits with the wonderful people I have met in all of my classes. Class Details Zumba is a group fitness program that combines Latin and international music with dance moves,its an aerobic activity that burn around 500 calories per hour , it's keeps excess pounds at bay , shape and tone your body,strength your heart,reduses health risk and boosts your mind. Zumba is for every one.even though the exciting atmosphere of Zumba making it not feel like exercise,thats why we call it"work out in disguise".
